Insight Media has planned a showcase of the latest generation pico and pocket projectors at the upcoming Projection Summit, June 16-17 in Las Vegas, just prior to InfoComm. The showcase will allow attendees and the media to see these two new classes of projectors in a light-controlled environment.
The ground rules for participation are straightforward. Each Exhibitor will set up its own projector(s) and provide the content. Insight Media will provide the light-controlled area to showcase these projectors in the best possible way.
Projectors will be arranged by approximate lumen output level: pico projectors will be under about 20 lumens, with pocket projectors running from about 75 to 150 lumens.
The Showcase will be open to all registered Projection Summit attendees and InfoComm media.
Pico/Projection Showcase Hours:
Evening reception and exhibition, June 16, 5:30-7:30pm
Lunch June 16 and June 17
"These new classes of projectors are generating a lot of excitement in consumer and professional segments, so having a collection of them in one place to facilitate viewing and interaction with developers offers value to attendees and exhibitors alike,: said Chris Chinnock, President of Insight Media, the organizer of Projection Summit.
The cost to participate is $1,500 for one projector and $2,000 for two projectors. In addition, exhibiting companies are offered a 20% discount on the cost of registering for the Projection Summit conference.
